The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to TT WeGrow Hydro Located at Chaguanas, TT.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to our Site, accessible from https://wegrowtt.com
You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our delivery guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
TT WeGrow Hydro provides an online marketplace and delivery service, connecting sellers and buyers, consequently some items may be eligible for return or exchange but that would be at the discretion of the respective vendor. Please refer to the vendors’ return policy on items that are eligible for return or exchange. All perishable food items are NOT eligible for returns unless explicitly specified by the specific vendor and not TT WeGrow Hydro.
If applicable and a return request has been approved by the specific vendor, the vendor will contact TT WeGrow Hydro and we arrange the pick up with the customer based on the vendor’s instructions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products that can be exchanged for a different size or brand variation, etc. would have to be specified by the respective vendor, please ensure that you verify that such variations are available. Customers are allowed to request an exchange for an item within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product if In cases where the vendor determines that the item/items are damaged, the vendor may ask you to keep it and not send it back..
If the vendor has a physical store, returns may be allowed by the customer to the vendor’s store, however this has to be agreed to by both parties, this method would be independent of TT WeGrow Hydro and would not involve any applicable delivery fees.
Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Unfortunately, products that were marked as a Bundled when purchased are not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to the vendor/vendors before 11:59pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
If you have a request for Return, Refund or Exchange please contact the respective vendor to initiate your request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five(5) business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
